If given the choice, I’d rather be a vampire on The Vampire Diaries as opposed to being one on Buffy or Twilight.

1.) I can walk in the sunlight (if I had that ring like Stefan & Damon do). It might be fugs but at least I won’t be stuck in the dark for the rest of my life like in Buffy..I’d still get to go to the beach and stuff!

2.) I also wouldn’t embarrass myself when I walk into the sun because my skin wouldn’t be sparkling like diamonds….so I wouldn’t have to live in a place where its constantly overcast and/or rainy!! I’d prob pick FL or somewhere like that.. Hot & sunny!!

3.) My face wouldn’t turn into something real ugly… Just a little change around the eye area but nothing to extreme..

4.) And the most important reason I’d rather be on The Vampire Diaries…. Hot guys all around!!! Yes, please!

EDIT:

I also love Taylor Lautner way to much… and vampires & werewolves on Twilight don’t really mingle or wanna be friends.. & on TVD it’s okay for Tyler Lockwood & Caroline to be friends with each other—

two hours of #TVD re- runs?! still worth it!!

Watch out, Edward Cullen! If anybody can provide the Twilight vampires with competition…it’d be Johnny Depp!
— PerezHilton (on Tim Burton/Johnny Depp Dark Shadows:: Depp will play 175-year-old vampire Barnabas Collins)

“… isn’t this the role that Johnny Depp was born to play?”

“Since the material is so over-the-top, and since Burton and Bekmambetov are two flavors of stylized insanity, just how crazy is this movie going to be?

Another important question: who’s going to play Lincoln? The story follows Honest Abe from his youth through his presidency, so the part would require someone who could play tormented-youth and old-soul politician. It would require Oscar-worthy gravitas, Bruckheimer-worthy action juice, and some sort of wonky 19th century accent. People, isn’t this the role that Johnny Depp was born to play?

@EW:

Tim Burton’s ‘Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter’ is totally happening; Who should play Abe? popwatch.ew.com/2010/10…
